Educational Qualifications

Age Limit
The upper age limit is 32 years as of 01.02.2023 as per the Official BEL Notification 2023 .
Experience
Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of relevant industry experience in the Software domain mainly Experience in software development using any one or more programming languages.
BEL Bengaluru Project Engineer Selection Process 2023
The mode of selection for BEL Bangalore Jobs 2023 shall be through a Walk Selection at 3 centers – Jammu, Ranchi, and Guwahati.
BEL Bengaluru Salary 2023
- For the Vizag location (52 posts) the duration is for 2 years the candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40,000/- and Rs. 45,000/- during the 1st and 2nd year of the contract.
- For New Delhi, Ghaziabad, and Bangalore locations (58 posts) the initial duration is for 3 years which can be extended up to one more year (total 4 years duration) based on project requirements and individual performance. The Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40,000/- Rs. 45,000/- Rs. 50,000/- and Rs. 55,000/-during the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year of the contract respectively.
- However, if any candidate has completed three years of tenure as a Trainee Engineer in BEL and has applied for the Project Engineer post he/she will be directly inducted as Project Engineer–II. The remuneration of such candidates will be Rs.45.000/- for the 1st year, Rs. 50,000/- for the 2nd year, and Rs.55,000/- for the 3rd year. The overall tenure will be limited to 3 years only.
