- For Post Code No. 30 & 31[Catering Supervisor & Nurse-B]: There is a non-refundable Application Fee of Rs.250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) for each application. However, initially all candidates have to uniformly pay Rs.750/- (Rupees seven Hundred and Fifty only) per application as Processing fee.
- For Post Code No. 32 to 40[Pharmacist-A, Radiographer-A, Lab Technician-A, Lab TechnicianA (Dental Hygenist), Assistant (Rajbasha), LVD-A, HVD-A , Cook & Fireman-A]: There is a non-refundable Application Fee of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) for each application. However, initially all candidates have to uniformly pay Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) per application as Processing fee.
